Help please.
After months of cloud we have had two nights of clear sky, and on this the second I cannot start EQmod. Last night was fine, everything worked as well as it ever does, tonight on the drop down menu there was no option for starting EQASCOM.
I'm running Windows 7 on a new Toshiba , controlling a HEQ5, but that shouldn't matter because last night it worked and tonight it doesn't.

Perhaps you've plugged it into a different USB port and a new COM port was assigned? If you check device manager, does the COM port number match what you have set in EQMOD?

Hand controller works ok on mount tonight?
