Logbook: New version of Observation Manager released

Hi all,

I just want to inform you that my free and open logbook tool
"Observation Manager" just got released in version 1.221.

The new version comes with a bunch of bugfixes and better (still
not perfect) Skychart (http://www.ap-i.net/skychart/start) integration.
