For those of us who like their Pentax Cameras and also like to stick them on the back of their telescopes there is now some software/freeware called "PK-Tether".
This appears from a quick look at it to be a pretty good little program with close to full control via the std USB cable.
Full interval shooting control even allowing for manual exposure time and time between shots to allow sensor cooling time for cameras not modded or cooled.
The only function not working yet is mirror lockup, it is in the menu so maybe will come in a future version.
Full shutter, aperture and iso setting.
It down loads directly to you computer with a preview and auto save or manual save options.

And the LINK (http://www.pktether.com/)

Looks pretty dam good to me.
