Smile Telescope - camera help please

I have a Meade telescope and a Nikon d60 camera, can anybody advise on how i connect my camera to the telescope to capture images?

Many thanks in advance, i dont know what model Meade i have i can post an image if this helps?

telescope-camera connection

If the nikon has an inscrewable lens you unscrew it and put a T ring adaptor on then slide it into the lens barrel.
Google t ring for nikon d60. These guys sell all you would need for prime focus photography (camera in the lens hole)...

About your setup

Hi:

This might be a little down the road, but:

My one comment is that when you go to put your camera, like they say using afocal (adapter) into the eyepiece focuser thing, it might tend to make the scope a little off-balance.

So because of the setup, you might need to gently slide your scope tube backward, because the camera will make the front heavy.

And you might need to adjust the declination counter weight too.

This would probably lead to better results.
