this was buried in some wide field stuff i was playing with last night it is totally useless but really cool . if you tried to do it it would fail every time.

it is obviously CRUX but the Zoom ring slipped slowly during the exposure. i cant bring myself to delete it.

I think you are on to some thing there, make a deliberate one in a star rich spot.

it was an absolute accident but it has grown on me. i may be able to incorporate a stepper motor on the zoom ring and start a new fad. the original has a few more stars this is a 40kb version of a 10meg raw file
