meade 32mm 2" super wide... 4000 series that is
cant find any rewiews, anyone 'ere got one?
if so whats it like in a fast (f5-6) scope?

I have one, my first 2 inch eyepiece that I brought a number of years ago with my 8" Newt . I dont use it much now but Ive always been pretty happy with the view it gives , from memory i cant remember any significant drawbacks through the f/6 newt except for some minor pin cushioning on the edge of the FOV . Its a comfortable eyepiece to use , no strict eye placement required {may notice some coma through a fast optical train}, no kidney beaning like the UOMK40mm I have and to lesser degree the 22mm nagler. From a city/urban locale the back ground field is less contrasty and darker then the other two , the coatings on the 32mm are lighter. When I first got it i though it was damn heavy but its light compared to my other 2 inch eyepieces .

thanks stuart, did you notice any "seagulling" at the edge of the FOV at F6? if so how much.
I am looking to replace my 30mm GSO SV with something that'll not have seagulling (is there a more technical term for that?). i can get one of these new for reasonably cheap.

David from memory there was a tinge of field curvature and astigmatism but not enough for me not to enjoy the view, one of the reviews listed in the above link is harsh IMO. Wether its worth buying another eyepiece of the same F/L is the right idea I dont know , bit of a gamble but i dont know how the GSO performs .
