I found more data...M42

Next time I will take notes..with three scopes running over two nights and different objects I cannot rely on memory..anyways it was testing..here is a synthetic luminance via the 80 mm and zwo1600 mono ..stacked all of RBG but I will get more data as I think this could come good..the core is blown out but as it is a test no worries.

Looking great, Alex. There's some amazing amounts of detail in the gas & dust clouds, and you've found a lot of it.

The second image, with it's sickly green tinge, looks positively creepy...

Cheers,
V

Thanks Steve..I thought I had got rid of the green...ok but one more try and after hours of work I hope this approach is less green...
I am not too worried as the data came while trying to set up this rig In its new spot with Asiair plus ... I still have not polar aligned the mount ...I keep forgetting..it is a big deal because I have to lower a triangular roof section to bring CSP into view...I know there is software etc but I need to instal a system to make that job (lowering and raising roof section) easy as it hides a lot of sky from this rig...

I'm loving the detail you're getting in these images, Alex. Keep it up!
