Nice field Alex, personally I always try to keep Alnitak just out of the field because of the effect it has. Good detail in the Flame, appropriately orange. If you pan right and do the same again with the Horsehead, there is a wonderful curtain behind the Horse, which is worth an image on its own. Cheers

Thank you John.

The cross pattern may come from stacking from two nights and just throwing in 7 filters and hoping it worked...I doubt it will appear if I stack each filter set by itself.

It just dawned on me....you may remember I said I did not polar align the HEQ5 mount as I need to lower "the triangle" to see South...Itvis way out and the poor auto guide must have a hernia from it's heavy lifting...so I need to lower that thing by myself and raisecit so I can polar align that mount..thanks as I had totally forgot that I never got around to fixing that problem..thatcwill be it for sure.
Thanks.
Alex
