A quick capture of NGC2070 Tarantula Nebula in Sydney
This object rises up past a tree next door , then in the FOV for just over an hour and descends behind my roof , so a quick capture. I didn’t dither the subs in this capture and the noise was evident during processing. Startools did a great job of noise mitigation

I’m currently down the coast at our weekender imaging some galaxies with my Bintel 8” f5 and EQ6-R Mount
Such a beautiful still clear night , Orion’s coming up in the east , there’s so much up there to view and image in the wee early hours
Just me, my scope and a heap of possums running back and forth along the fences
Cheers
Love the dedication in taking shots in adverse conditions, you give hope to those living in suburbia that great results can still be made. Thanks for sharing Martin and I look forward to seeing those shots with your 8 inch from darker skies.
Thanks Michael
Its infectious this astronomy hobby , always new things to learn and explore
Also challenges to confront and ways to work around them
Cheers
