IC4592 The Blue Horsehead
A very pretty object which is close to the Rho Ophiuchi complex. Its fine dust lit up by the bright star which is part of the Nu Scorpii star system (from an APOD). The dust reflects blue light best because the size of the dust grains matches the blue wavelength the best.
It also looks great with a wide field scope or a 200mm lens on a DSLR.

Yep, sorry I had to check the checkbox to allow public viewing. Fixed now.

Thanks Pete. Yes it does have a pleasing field of view. Luckily there are quite a few objects that it suits but its good to image with long focal length from time to time.

Really nice Greg, an interesting field! Looking for some wide field targets (120mm FL) for my next dark sky trip
May just add this to my list.

Thanks Colin. NGC6726 is a classic and always worth some time. 120mm though would be too short, did you mean 1200mm?

Nope, 120mm. You did mention a 200mm so I figured there isn't too much difference... Relatively speaking. Unless you meant 200mm and therefore suggesting an 8" refractor
Just so happens to be near in size to that TOA you have!

Thanks Paul. Yes it is very large. It would suit the FSQ and 11002.

Looks good Greg!
I'd do some shadow highlight / other stretching to bring out the dust a bit better though. There's some nice brown stuff in there waiting to be appreciated.
