45 x 60 secs @ 1600. Was taken in summer, so is noisy, and lousy processing means it has been over sharpened; also, the tracking wasn't perfect, so all in all, not the best of images. I don't understand this resizing thing, but my image in this post is huge, so if you open the image by clicking on it, I suggest you set your monitor screen to 50% to view it the right size.

I resize in PS Kevin, the only thing I use PS for. I tried raw once or twice
a while ago; just got more confused. The plethora of different file formats, and the need to convert my images from one to another does
my head in. My mount now seems to have settled into the situation where it tracks quite well with the weights east of the mount, but makes
irregular cracking noises which result in streaky stars when they are west
of the mount. My last night out I got round stars at 90 secs [ weights east] and 8-10 secs [weights west], changing balance makes no difference. I think I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and strip the mount.
