First Light with Orion Deep Space Imager II

A friend loaned me this ccd cam to have a play with. Apart from being impossible to load onto a 64 bit Win 7 laptop, it was still a bugger to get it successfully installed on a 32 bit XP box.
A took 10 subs of 5 minutes in my backyard sans filter and lost 2 of them due to star shape. So here is almost full frame of NGC5128 (just took the edges off ). I didn't use its cooling facility as it was only 5 degrees here last night and the batteries were not fully charged for the cooler.
40 minutes and quickly processed in Nebulosity 4 and star tools.

My darks were aparently not compatible with the light frames (I really should read the manual) so some of the many hot pixels have been "healed" out with photoshop. Many remain however, I got tired....
