NGC4945 last night

NGC 4945 is an edge on spiral galaxy in Centaurus , visual magnitude +8.39 and dimensions 19.8 x 4 arcmin. The pics below are a full size and a crop of NGC4945 taken through a SW120ED with an orion 0.8 focal reducer using a celestron nightscape camera operating at 10.7 Mp. comprises 25 x 3min subs ,darks, flats and biases processed in Astrofx and photoshop.

Love that field on the uncropped image 5ash. Must have a crack at this one now that the weather down here is clearing up.

Some nice core detail in there.
I really like the un-cropped version.
The weather is fantastic at the moment in the valley really nice seeing conditions out there tonight shame its so cold.

Unless it's my monitor, the entire background has a blue tint.
