Exposure is good. Focus needs a little tweaking.

What I do if I'm unsure of focus is take a bunch of shots, adjust the focus again and take some more. Repeat a few times and take back to the main computer to see which ones are best.

Simon, if u use a dslr then use the view screen magnification on maximum to help focus. If u already do that get a little 10x or 20x viewing loupe to further magnify the screen to assist. And if your screen doesn't magnify to assist focusing then the view loupe will help.
Best I can advise being myself an L-plater here.

The bahtinov mask will help, but focus on a star first rather than the moon with it.

Agree what Trevor said. If you have live view on a DSLR you can zoom in to get great focus.
