As with my last post, the only reason that I have uploaded this extremely grainy image is that it may be of some interest to those who are keeping an eye on this comet. My intentions were to observe visually. I ended up taking some images in the hope that I could extract some data and estimate the magnitude of the comet.
From the visual observers point of view, this was the easiest comet to locate out of the three that I hunted down (Lemmon, Linear and Panstarrs). Starry Night V6.3 lists it at apparent magnitude 12.46. It seemed a lot brighter than this to me.
