Hi All,
Imaged Saturn October 25th in variable seeing, the first 685nm IR data run was the best of the conditions. I note a pair of bright spots on the edge of the NPR only resolved in the IR data at approx Lat+56.2 L3 159.4 and Lat+56.4 L3 149.9
The IR data resolves considerable low contrast EZ structure which is well seen in the IR animation along with a compact bright spot at approx Lat+2.4 L1 132. The RGB polar map very nicely resolve's the vertices of the North polar hexagon and polar vortex the alignment of the vertices of the hexagon has one of the vertices virtually pointing North which will make for a very accurate measurement for my long term hexagon rotation rate project.
All data from this session has been uploaded to PVOL.
