And that's all we can base an opinion on - I do understand your angst with Pegasus & if I had similar happen I too would avoid them. But then you also have to consider IF they have a good rep with other equipment. For me it's QHY - no problems with their cameras, but I am wary of their other products after purchasing the Q-Focuser and the issues I've had with that.

I can say dealing with Sidereal Trading in Melboure was a complete pleasure - got an email from them by 10am saying we are sending you a reutrn post pdf - send it back to us - we'll test it and if it is dead send you a spare up later thsi week - and many apologies for the inconvience!

Pegasus in Italy were great too - same sort of reply - glad you are being looked after - we will liase with Sidereal and find out what went wrong cause we run stringent quality control on our gear...
