Electronic Finderscope, are you interested?

I ran across this discussion on how the electronic finderscope works. If your interested the link is;

BTW, while it is open source, you have to build it; but for the electronic
Nerds among us this maybe an added attraction.

Actually, that is encoder.. electronic level and compass.
I think optical encoder will be more accurate, especially in azimuth.
