31 May Sun

31 May. I managed 3 pics of the Sun today - all single exposures with a Canon 550d. The orange ones are at Ha wavelength, the yellow one at 540 nm. The main AR is 2827 on the NE sector of the Sun but its sunspots are small. Thanks for viewing. John W.

Nice going John. That WL shot of AR2827 looks like it's grown a bit since yesterday. Hopefully it will develop further in the coming days. Thanks for posting.

Well done! A good record of AR 2827. As you say, a loose group of smaller spots.
Still a visual object in WL.
