Skywatcher Warranty claim

Does anyone have any experience with Skywatcher's warranty process? My mount's DEC axis is a bit stiff. It moves only when I move it using arrows on hand controller, but doesn't slew or track.

Have you tried a factory reset ? I'm pretty sure it's in the Utilities menu .

If your mount is say 12 to 13 months old or less then Skywatcher should honour a warranty inspection and repair or replacement.
If it’s older than say 13 months then a warranty claim would be up to Skywatcher to approve.
Email Graeme Almond ( Support ) at Skywatcher Australia ( Tasco Sales )

By the way what is the model of the mount in question ?
