Brand new ZWO - ASI120MM/MC

http://www.zwoptical.com/Eng/Cameras/ASI120/index.asp

I don't have this but am taking an interest in it.

For people who have this camera can you tell me a bit about it and how it compares to other cameras around this price range?

It is a nifty camera but the only issue I have with it is that the sensor does get dirty.

They are releasing a new model shortly, with an autoguider & an optical window covering the chip to keep dust out. You can now purchase the optical window separately for the current model.

The other issue is Newtons rings for Solar HA work with it's Aptina chip. It's hit & miss as to weather or not you'll get them though.

The mono version has the same chip as the QHY-5L-ii.
