Please explain?

Good morning everyone!!

Around the Sunnybank area in Brisbane there are several $10 hairdressers where you insert $10 into a machine, get a ticket and then wait for your number to be called.

On the window of one of them there is this (see attached) notice - I always make sure I haven't made one before I go....

I take her every odd week and sweep the floor while waiting. For this I get a free haircut.

At these $10 hairdressers you can watch TV while getting your hair cut - I think I saw "The Bald & The Beautiful"...
