Will I need my light pollution filters any more if I move to narrowband monochrome?

I will be selling astro gear to afford a new mono camera (previous camera was OSC).
Will I ever need any of my light pollution filters if I move to narrowband monochrome?
My filters are:
L-Extreme - probably not needed
L-Pro - who knows?
IDAS PLS P2 - not needed
Optolong UHC - not needed
Explore Scientific - CLS

I guess they are not needed now? Even the L-Pro?

Thanks in advance!

You are correct, narrowband does not require a luminance filter. The only reason I could see for keeping them is if you can use them with your eyepieces or if you get lrgb filters and the luminance does not have a light pollution block out band.

L-Pro as luminance filter

Is the L-pro an appropriate luminance filter for RBG imaging if there is light pollution? Would the L-Extreme be better?

Looking at the filter transmission lines L-pro looks like the best luminance filter as the L-extreme only allows for SHO. It also says it can be used with eyepieces so I'd say hang onto it, that way if it doesn't make good images you could still use it for increasing contrast in your EPs.

thanks!

Thanks for your input, sunslayr. I'll hang onto the L-Pro and sell the rest.
