HorseHead_Ha

Thanks to Peter Ward's excellent customer service ( he promptly sorted out a filter wheel issue), I was able to image on one of the few clear nights we have had recently. 18 x 600s subs FSQ104 with QHY600M. Astrobin link www.astrobin.com/u9n717

Great work Luke, the Astrobin hi-res is a gem to look at. Not sure why this one slipped through without a reply for over 4 weeks, especially when I've not come across one showing so much Ha in this area before. I guess it wasn't colourful enough! Thanks for sharing your work, this is a good example of why 4inch Takahashi scopes cost so much!

Thanks for the positive feedback guys. Also thanks Peter for pointing out my typo in the FSQ data.

I have posted a starless version which I like alot. You will notice a slight cropping issue though.

You had me wondering whether Taka had brought out a new 'scope! ....(I placed an order for an EDX4 last year, and thought it may have been superseded even before it arrives later this year....crazy delivery times BTW )

Thats exceptional, well done!. Im amazed by the difference in quality between the IIS attachment and the astrobin version, lesson in there somewhere. IIS should up the attachment size at a guess.
