Absolutely.
I'd be in trouble without mine. Problems with my knees and ankles.
The good thing about mine, is that it's large enough to transport both my telescope and the chair I use as a stand for it. So anywhere I can get to and from, using public transport, is accessible for me to take my telescope to for astronomy.
It's also is used as my shopping trolley, since there's no way to also push a shopping trolley when you have to use a wheelie walker.

However its a great idea...I may have to build two small gear boxes I just remembered...That is why I am mentally putting it off I think.
