DSE Lab 3-15 Volt Lab supply
Heavy duty 3-15 volt, 3.0 amp, regulated power supply (non-switch mode) , the unit weighs about 8kg.
Banana plug and crimp connectors. Pretty sure it's single rail.
DSE don't sell these heavy duty transformers anymore. Last time I checked, Jaycar were selling something similar for around $200.
Asking $70, pick-up only as postage would be more than the asking price to
locations outside Sydney. (I'm in southern Sydney)
