APT white balance help

I downloaded APT to give it a try.
Just a query about the white balance.
I notice in sharp cap it automatically sets to 50 and 95 for r and b respectively.
Do I need to set it to that in apt or leave it 50/50?
Thanks people.

Sorry can’t help you as I use a cooled OSC camera with APT
Maybe post your question on the APT forum , Ivo is very accomodating and usually gets back to you within 24 hours
Also the APT manual is on the web too
Cheers

Oh.... ok , I don’t worry about white balance with my 2600MC when capturing subs in APT
I use DSS to stack my subs and in settings leave the white balance unchecked
As long as you use the correct Bayer Matrix in APT when you set up your camera
I’ll attach my procedure for APT remembering that I use APT just for frame focus and capture ( including dither function for PHD2) and not plate solving or anything else
Cheers

I have a 533MC as well and have never touched the white balance in APT, using ASCOM driver (not ZWO native)
