TrueTechnology

Gday just wanted to mention some good service I received from Nick Hudson at True Technology. Some background info first I was lucky enough to pick up a motorized RS232 superslim wheel off Astromart to replace a manual one that I thought would be adequate to use {took 5min to can that idea}. Unfortunately when I received it I did something embarrassing silly I hooked up the 120v adapter to the mains and fried the electronics....bugger . Fortunately I was able to get a USB upgrade kit for the wheel to get it back on line plus Nick was able to sort out all the adapters I needed to get the wheel to work with my scopes/ccd. All done with great service and communication, happy camper , anyway another alternative with the current RGB imaging trend

Stuart, I did not know they had a USB upgrade kit. I have an electronic wheel but with the old ports and powered via adapter. I might have to give Nick an email.
