The Moon

Hi IIS'ers. I took these from Melbourne last night with my 90mm Skywatcher refractor and Nikon D7000 attached. ISO100, 1/80secs, edited in Lightroom 4. I'm always amazed by how much detail you can see on the Moon with a cheap scope from the Inner Suburbs. I love some of the shadows along the terminator, some of those rocks must be bloody huge!

I'm quite happy with the shots, so I thought I'd share with you all here. Comments and criticisms welcomed!

These look great - the Moon is a great target from any location - you are getting the best out of your set up.
I like image 2 the best!
