SkEye android app planetarium - can it be used for polar alignment?

Hi
I just found a neat android app for my phone that gives "Push to" capability to any scope.
I will try it with my fork SCT but does anyone know any methods to use something like this to perform polar alignment?
Cheers

SkyEye is quite good, I have it on my Tablet. Not sure if it is accurate enough to do a polar alignment. I have an inclinometer app which is pretty darn good to set latitude and used a solar noon pendulum to get Nth/Sth as close as I could. Then used drift\stop exposures to refine it.
Is this for a permanent setup ?
