comet leonard first ever comet image for me

first time i had a go at a comet
was expecting a fuzzy snow ball but was blown away when i got this
not as good as professional images but I'm stoked with it
taken on 24th Dec
Nikon D850
star adventure 2ipro tracker
Tamron 150-600 at 300mm
ISO 3200, F/5.6, 20sec
15 subs lights darks and bias
stacked in deep sky stacker and processed in Photoshop
more than happy for constructive criticism but be gentle lol

Well, I didn't expect this so soon in your AP journey. Send a high res version to S&T magazine. I reckon you'll likely get it published, and get yourself three free issues.

hi all

thanks for the kind comments,

i was blown away when i saw the image i really had no idea it was gonna turn out as good as it did maybe just lucky on the night.
i had another crack at it last night and will process today.
Raymo,i will send it and let you know never even thought of doing that

maybe im to self critical but i thought i might have pushed it a bit too far in photoshop.
i have been enjoying the hobby for a year or so but only recently got the star tracker (and man was that a learning curve lol)
