Electrical expert needed - custom cable

Anyone here good at cable making and willing to make me a guider cable that goes from old Vixen guideport standard - diagramme attached - to ST4 standard?

I ordered one from Shoestring, but would like other options too. He sells it as a Vixen (male plug) to st4 with an inline female adapter, but ideally I’d prefer a single standalone cable (with the vixen end marked appropriately) with male Vixen - male ST4 and around 2.5 to 3metres.

Peter?

Je ne connais pas Marc. J'en connais autant sur l'électronique que sur la fabrication d'un bon cassoulet. Les brochages sont différents
