Lunar Eclipse

Fridays luney eclipse on the east coast is looking more and more like a dogs breakfast 100% cloud to move in astronomy wise this has been a slack year

Yes, it seems the sky has a cold.

You never know, I glimpsed some clear sky through the clouds a couple of nights ago in Melbourne, only to venture outside a couple of hours later to see white everywhere. Perhaps we'll get a peek rather than a total washout. Here's hoping.

Yep. This one is going to be a hard sale. Half of Australia is under a cloud cover. Maybe a sucker hole close to the NE horizon could make for an interesting moody photo.
No doubt we'll see plenty of shots from NQLD and NT.
