A few Lunar Images - Mare Imbrium Region

Out of boredom or frustration, call it what you will , due to the ongoing months of cloudy weather , took some video of a 74% waxing moon in the Mare Imbrium region last week for an hour before cloud rolled in again as normal

6” f6 GSO newt
EQ6-R mount
Canon 600D
BYEOS planetary mode
ISO 800
30fps
500 frames whole moon , 1200 frames lunar terrain
Whole moon prime focus at 5 x zoom , Lunar terrain Televue 2 x Powermate and 4 x Powermate at 5 x zoom
5 x zoom on the 600D gives you close 1:1 pixel resolution
Stacked in Autostakkert 3
Sharpened in Registax 6

Atmospheric conditions were poor with a westerly air stream thundering across the Sydney basin, hence average to poor resolution
Moon was severely bouncing around using the Powermates

Posted them anyway

Comments welcome
