February 2021 Photo Challenge - Enter HERE

As a bit of fun each month, we run this informal Photo Challenge, it's open to everyone.
There are no prizes, although if someone wishes to "Sponsor" the Challenge, I would be happy to talk to you about it.

This month's challenge, as chosen by last month's winner (leon) is "Frogs or a Frog in a humorous situation"

Your challenge, should you chose to accept it, is to WOO the judges (the voting public) with an appropriate photo that features "Frog(s)" and that makes us smile.

It doesn't matter if you are a professional photographer with Thousand dollar equipment on an exotic location with a planned set up, or a simple Joe (or Joanne) out for a stroll with a camera phone and a spur of the moment happy snap. Either way, WE WANT YOU to submit your entry. Please.

I know I said this was just a bit of fun, but there are some rules (we all need rules right?)
The Rules:
* This thread is only for posting your entry, together with any comments/explanation/details you'd like to add about your own photo.
[sometimes this may help sway the judges]
* However, comments on other people's entries, or any "other" shots of your own you'd like to share, are welcome But in the appropriate place, the "Comments and Other Images Thread" -> HERE.
* And, please only one entry (that's just one image) per person in THIS Thread, (but you can change it out at any time if you get a better one)
* Importantly, the image must be your "own work" [which means you either took the shot or were instrumental in the planning and execution of the shot] and
* all other normal forum rules, and image size limits, apply.

The image doesn't necessarily have to be taken this month, but, if you can, that is the object of the challenge!

In this regard, YES, the image may be an existing one that you have previously posted, unless of course it has already been voted a previous photo challenge winner.

The winner of the public vote, which will be run at the end of the month, will get to choose next month's topic and have their photo immortalised in our "Photo Challenge Hall of Fame".

Good Luck!

Well I am going to get the ball rolling, so to speak.

Our two Tropical Frogs named Tad and Pol, we are not sure which is which sometimes.
Anyway bred from eggs in a fish tank and traveled Australia for years.

Here they are in the warmed Aquarian playing silly buggers i expect.

Leon

In keeping with this month's theme,

I present my Mother's neighbour's garden.

There are quite a few more, but I would not like
to strain our relationship.

Paul.

Although showing its age, I can't help but smile each time I pass our front garden bed as it reminds me when my brother had thrown my mother’s garden frog in the garbage bin after she passed away around fifteen years ago. I didn't have the heart to leave him in the bin as my mother was very fond of her happy frog and he has been with us ever since.

I'm a bit low on frogs

I'm a bit low on frogs at the moment, but here is a frog plant pot that I got my wife for Christmas last year (among other gifts as well).
