While not really a "how-to" guide, I'd humbly add this FAQ on planetary imaging to your list.

It was developed in conjunction with member of the planetary imaging forum on Cloudy Nights.

Thanks for that one Andrew, looking at getting more into lunar/planetary imaging. Have all the gear, just need the patience and desire to drag myself away from the glory of nebulae...
