Solar Astronomy- now available
The “baby” is finally been published and available.
http://solar-astronomy-book.com/
I can assure you that this is the most up to date reference on all aspects of solar observing available to the amateur.
If you only buy one book on the Sun, this is the one to buy.
Highly recommended.

Thanks Ken, just ordered mine too.
I'm actually looking forward to holding a paper book in my hand vs an iPad.
Cheers

Almost two years of love, care, and effort.
Good to see it alive and well.

Got an e-mail notification today, with the Subject Line in French, and I almost marked it as junk until I saw that it was from AXILONE, who came up in the purchasing process.
Looking forward to a good read - hope it's not in French!
Cheers
Dennis

Thanks Ken I have been hoping for this for a long while.Always good to support those that put so much time and effort into their interests. It may also inspire me to dust off(read clean the filters)of my solar gear.
Cheers Derek

Derek,
The original French version created a benchmark which was crying out to be shared with the wider English market.
I’m pleased that the publisher agreed with me. Now you have access to the most up to date solar reference book available.
Anyone who has an interest in solar observing will not be disappointed.
Where else would you learn about “veiled” sunspots??

Hi Ken,
I ordered the book as well I used the link that you provided. I did not see any mention of of a French or English version. The PayPal transaction went through but I have not received confirmation of the purchase.

George,
The link was for the latest English version, so you should be good.
Postage may take some time due to the current situation.
