M16 Eagle in Ha

hi

Plenty of Eagles around, one more in Ha.
Again, micro data, just one 30min Sub in Ha, clouds rolled in just after.

Larger version here http://www.astrobin.com/full/214109/0/

Will be doing a bi-color NB version soon.

still nowhere near as good as Ray's version with that Sony chip, but getting there.

1 x 30min Ha
10inchF4
STF8300m
Astrodon 5nm Ha
Paramount MyT

Cheers
Alistair

That's really smooth for a single sub, particularly with an 8300. Nice work!

Just another two subs so you can run a rejection algorithm and you're good for the Ha

That is a great 30-minute sub!

A bit off the topic, but your mount (MYT) seems to be doing a great job! I have been keeping an eye on those mounts for a while...

Thanks Ray. I keep looking at your version and get depressed. yours is a beauty buy then you do have 4 hrs.
interesting that you attribute the resolution to the rcc1. I've used one as well and haven't noticed a difference.
this was with an mpcc

Thanks Slawomir.
it's a great mount and I cannot recommend it more
all my images are with 2 sec guiding and I'm doing 1 hr subs with perfect stars. its an investment for life. I tell myself, you only live once!
and the homing feature means I can unpack the mount, put it back on my pier after a week and not have to pOlaf align or run t point. it just works.

cheers
Alistair
