Not sure if this is the right thread or I should be submitting under obervation thread, anyway, I came across a cheap stackable tool box at Aldi last week. It comes with two boxes, with a removable tray on the top box, fold down handle and a set of plastic wheels.
At $20, it was a great obervation carryall and organiser. See photos below.
Bottom box: 12v battery (I have a 26ah SLA, snug fit), cig lighter adapters, dew heater, clips etc. Bascially for observing in areas with no power.
Top box: mains cable, adapter, webcam, reference book. Basically for observing with power.
Lift out tray: Eyepices, red torch. I only lined it with some bubble wrap and silica sachets to keep the items dry.
Pop out organiser on top:filters. Perfect fit!
The whole rig can be rolled on its wheels, or if at home, just detach the bottom box and carry the top box and lift out tray to my scope.
To do next: 1. streghthen the pop out handle and wheels, they are very flimsy. 2. do a proper "lid" on the liftout tray (probably out of clear acrylic) to keep the EPs secure. 3. mount the 4 cig lighter adapter outlet to the bottom box and secure the 12v SLA.
Anyway, here is how I had it organised. Enjoy.
