Hi Chasing a good EQ Pref/GOTO mount something similar to EQ5 or6 all considered.
Auto guiding is essential.
Local pref but not essential.

Hi Son thanks for your reply Im actually looking for a mount that has autoguiding options also as im trying to do long exposures also.
Please correct me if im wrong but does the 75 come with an autoguiding port I dont know for sure but I dont think so.
I believe thier are options to make the mount autoguide but being fairly green still I figure the less the better.

Brad,

Try here for autoguiding with the LXD75:

Bottom line is it's possible...

The LXD75 I believe is equivalent to something like the HEQ5. I would keep the payload under 10kg. I tried an 8" reflector with guidescope once but the motors really struggled.
