Not me...never sell anything.
I wish I had not sold any real estate when I was younger and buying and selling..ironically I gave such advice to a real estate agent who would buy and sell telling him to just borrow more money...I was managing the legal office specialising in lending money on first mortgages.he followed that advice and went on to be a very very rich man until he died young..I did not follow my advice until much later..but a divorce got in my way if you want an excuse.

And I wish I had never sold any of my race bikes..besides being worth decent money it would be nice just having them there...

I learnt a little late but so many things that I thought of getting rid of but now find I an very happy to still own them.

But sell a scope.. never ever.

Endless search for Nirvana .. on an astronomical equipment level. Looking for that perfect scope .. but not sure if it passed through your hands or not .. so you buy it again. The only scope I have purchased back again was the TEC160FL ... the only scope I regret I sold was the Takahashi Mewlon 250S ... but to ease that pain I constantly tell myself I will own a Mewlon 300CRS.

Col guilty as charged, I sold a lens for $1500.00 and regretted it the minute it went out the door, then later bought that same lens for double that price, just because i could

How stupid am I

That is alot of Tak regrets and seems to be a common theme.

I guess its always next time and there is still time to get them again.

I am learning that selling scopes is a recipe for regret and heartache later on.

I am going to hoard every scope I can.

I mostly don't sell anything, so end up with a lot of disused items. One day, I will stop and be happy with what I have - and maybe sell everything I'm not actually using - meanwhile, my search for the perfect "dust collector" continues ...

Of course, I'm also looking to buy a bigger house.
