Very Nice Hashanr
Greg is correct (Hi Greg), the Fuji cameras have excellent Ha response for an unmodified camera. I don't know if it applies to all the Fujis, but I imagine it might and have seen Spectral transmission data for the Fuji XPro1 /XE1 UV/IR filter which shows something like 45% transmission around the Hydrogen Alpha 650-ish nm region, compared with typical
unmodified Nikon, Canon and Sony cameras in ~20-25% transmission range. That's nearly double the amount of light in the Hydrogen Alpha region from a standard camera and compares favourably with modified cameras in the 60-70% range. Early on I bought a couple of XE1 cameras to test, but that's a job still on the to do list, as I prefer fullframe and the early Fujis had limited tethering capabilities. Still having said that the improved Fuji Hydrogen Alpha response in their early APSc cameras is so good it almost bridges the difference in the light collected between APSc and Full frame in the Ha region.
