QSI 583wsg 8.3mp Monochrome CCD Camera with Guider Port

QSI 583wsg 8.3mp Monochrome CCD Camera with Guider Port

Reluctantly selling my QSI camera, I need to fund other gear.
This camera is in mint condition, it's had very little use and is working perfectly. The QSI 583wsg has a built in 5 position filter wheel and a guide port with a guide camera.
Comes with a set of LRGB filters, 2' nosepiece, T mount adapter, QHY 5-11 CMOS guide camera plus all the necessary cables are included and its all housed in a custom case.
There is also a Pentax lens adapter which allows you to fit any Pentax 67 medium format lens to the camera, opening up a different world of wide field and medium telephoto photography not possible with a telescope. Pentax lenses are readily available on eBay at a reasonable price.
See Pentax wide field photography here -http://www.narrowbandimaging.com/widefield_page.htm
PLEASE NOTE THE LENS IN THE PHOTOS IS NOT INCLUDED it's just there for illustrative purposes.
The KAF-8300 sensor has a photoactive array of 3326W x 2504H pixels. It has excellent quantum efficiency between 350nm and 1000nm with significant enhancement at the blue end of the spectrum. Low dark current and high pixel charge capacity result in a dynamic range exceeding 70db. The sensor employs a true two-phase charge transfer technology with a transparent gate that significantly increases optical response compared to traditional front illuminated full frame sensors. Micro lenses cover the surface of the CCD and focus the light through the transparent gate to further increase optical response.
The T-mount adapter plate attaches to the front of the camera body. It comes standard on all QSI 500 Series cameras. The T-mount adapter is threaded with standard T-mount threads, 42mm diameter by 0.75mm pitch.
2” nosepiece The 2” nosepiece screws into the T-mount adapter plate. The 2” nosepiece allows the camera to be mounted in any 2” eyepiece adapter. The 2” nosepiece is threaded to accept a standard mounted 48mm filter.
