Dovetail tube ring mounting plate (Narrow "Vixen-style" format)

Hi there

I have a ED102T CF and would like some advice from EQ6R Pro users on how to ensure a snug fit for the scope in the saddle of the EQ6RPro. The current plate needs come extra attention to get it to slide in easily.

I have the Dovetail tube ring mounting plate (Narrow "Vixen-style" format) that comes with the scope.

Do you replace the saddle??

Cheers Petra

You could replace either the dovetail bar, or the clamp. Unfortunately there is some variation in both, by 1-2mm - and its enough to make some incompatible.

Bars - see https://www.admaccessories.com/produ...-dovetail-bar/

To replace the clamp there are options and for the EQ6 - and the shape of the puck in yours matters. There are two variants , and you'll have to undo yours to see what shape the puck is.
