Mounts

There are more mounts on the market than ever before but a lot of them are either reasonable performers but not excellent under $3000, good at around $5000 or superb at over $14,000.

What mount would you recommend to handle up to 35kgs payload under say $5000?

Greg.

Hi Greg,
At around 5000, The CEM70 doesn't make the 35kg so perhaps an EQ8 type on the used market. I would also like something in that payload class for when I one day go for a permanent home setup....

Best

If they're as good as a Mesu, that's fantastic bang for buck. Loved my Mesu!
