Seben Eyepieces?

Just bought my first telescope a few weeks ago, Skywatcher 130P (650). After the first viewing sessions, Ive noticed ill be needing a few accessories.

On this list is the 2x Barlow (31.7mm) made by Seben, (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....m=380117248249 ). Is this a suitable barlow, and is it a good quality one? Reviews of seben are limited, so Im interested to hear your thoughts.

Recommendations are greatly appreciated, being a student, I m after quality at a good price.
Thanks!

What was terrible about the 10mm, Kate? All plossl designs at that focal length will be pretty tight for eye relief. I expect the Celestron will also be short eye relief.

Seben is cheap and sometimes not good. I have a Seben 8-24mm zoom eyepiece that is OK, nothing brilliant, but OK for public viewing.

Thankyou All for your responses!

Hickny, that place just happens to be where my telescope came from! You mentioned a GSO 2x barlow from $30, which brand does this one come under?
thanks again

GSO is the brand, I have one and it's good. Don't recommend Seben, I have some of there stuff and it's not real great.

Cheers
