Alleged picture of Proxima Centauri

Highly detailed image of Proxima Centauri taken by the JWT .. so a French scientist believes.

I find it rather delicious

So did they point the JWT back to Earth to get that shot?? I thought that would raise the thermal background but I suppose to doesn't matter too much with such a hot target.

I believe they are renaming Proxima to Chorizo Centuri.

Much tastier than my close up image of Mars with the Milkyway in the background.
