Star Patch firmware file for LX200 Autostar II update

This post has probably been flogged before here, but I need to update my Autostar II firmware for an LX200 GPS 14 inch and 12"

Is the Star Parch ex file the right one to use?

D0 I really need to update the GPS as well? as that is working just fine.
