MINI computer problem

I have a Beelink mini PC running Win11 to which I have loaded all the relevant software I need, however for some reason I keep getting PHD2 errors seems a pulse guide failing issue, which I never had with my old HP laptop, anyone any idea why this may be

Hi, just a question or two.
ASCOM platform downloaded, mount driver downloaded and correct mount computer selected?
Baud rate correctly set?

Cable to the mount maybe.

I know nothing of the mini PCs or PHD2 guiding but it does sound like a cable (or power) issue as mentioned by Glenn. It would be my first consideration.
Unless it turns out to be a common problem on the PHD2 forum.
