Price for second-hand Mead telescope

I have a Meade LXD 75 series Telescope (Schmidt-Newtonian model) with Autostar handbox. I purchased it several years ago from a chap who never used it. I used it several times when I first bought it but for the last 3 years it has sat in its box.
I wish to now sell it and was wondering what would be a fair price to ask for it. I paid $15oo back in 2011.

Hi Richard, I'd guess about $1000. With difficult to value items you can start at a slightly higher price then progressively drop the price until you find a buyer. Photo's help a lot with the sale.

I recently paid $1100 for an LXD55 SN10 OTA. I'd expect the mount would be worth $300.
